Yael

Yael lives in Fairfield with her husband Matt, son Jeremy (2020), and daughter Maya (2023). By day, she reports on cardiology news and hosts the podcast Hearts & Minds for TCTMD, and she also serves as a nondenominational wedding officiant. Yael is a member of the Board of Trustees for the CT/RI chapter of the National MS Society and is proud of the fundraising she’s done for that organization for more than 20 years in honor of her mom. Outside of working hours, she loves exploring local gems, spending time with family and friends, traveling, baking, gardening, strength training and Pilates, learning to play mahjong, and eating pizza on the beach.
