Being a tofu junkie, I have diligently worked at seeking out and trying the many different tofu dishes served in and around Fairfield County. Whenever I see tofu on a menu, I order it because I’m excited to discover a new interpretation of the delectable flavor-shifting dish. In honor of World Tofu Day, I have curated a list of some of the best and most inventive tofu dishes in the state of Connecticut!
