Two tofu dishes.Being a tofu junkie, I have diligently worked at seeking out and trying the many different tofu dishes served in and around Fairfield County. Whenever I see tofu on a menu, I order it because I’m excited to discover a new interpretation of the delectable flavor-shifting dish. In honor of World Tofu Day, I have curated a list of some of the best and most inventive tofu dishes in the state of Connecticut!

The Stand {Fairfield}

Tofu Banh Mi is a vegetarian spin on a classic Vietnamese dish. This dish is full of cilantro and pickled veggies.

Organika Kitchen {Ridgefield & Southport}

Tofu Scramble is a very healthy version of the classic dish. It’s heavy on the spinach and served with a bit of avocado.
