Join Us for a Fun Orangetheory Fitness Class in Westport!
Hey, Fairfield County Moms! Ready to try something new, challenge your body, and meet other amazing moms in the community? Come sweat it out with the Fairfield County Mom contributor team at Orangetheory Fitness in Westport, CT, for an energizing night of fitness and fun!
Date & Time
The class will run from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. — but please plan to arrive at 7:00 p.m. so we can welcome everyone, give first-timers a quick rundown of the space, review equipment, and show you around before class starts.

What to Expect in Class
This will be a regular 60-minute Orangetheory Fitness class — a full-body workout that includes a mix of:
- Rowing for total-body cardio and endurance, working both upper and lower muscles in a low-impact way.
- Strength & weight-training exercises to build muscle and improve functional fitness.

Treadmill intervals that challenge your cardiovascular fitness with walk/run/jog segments customized to your pace.
Orangetheory classes use heart-rate-based interval training designed so you go at your pace — whether you’re brand new to fitness or a seasoned gym-goer.
