Perfectly Seasonal Mocktails

Cheers to spring mocktails.I’ll be the first to admit I cannot stand the taste of alcohol, but I love a gorgeous drink. Sitting on our back patio with an amazing mocktail in my hand is probably one of my favorite feelings, but what makes me feel even better is when some of the ingredients can come straight from my garden. Here are my top five mocktails for spring that are sure to impress!

1. Strawberry Mojito

Strawberries are the first fruit to pop up in spring, and when paired with easy-to-grow-mint and lime, you have the most refreshing sparkling drink.

2. Rhubarb Lemonade

Naturally pink lemonade without the red #40? Rhubarb pops up in April and comes back every year like magic, so finding another interesting way to use it is a total win in my book.

3. Strawberry Margarita

Strawberries come into play again in this gorgeous rendition of a margarita that is so good that you won’t believe it’s a virgin! Don’t forget to salt the rim!

4. Lavender Lemonade

With just a few simple ingredients, this lemonade comes together in a flash and the lavender will have you calmer in no time flat! You can even freeze lavender in your ice to make it extra fancy.

5. Blackberry Moscow Mule

I know I am reaching into summer with this one, but it’s probably my favorite mocktail of all. Blackberries add a beautiful pop of freshness against the zesty gingerbeer in this gorgeous mocktail.

Whatever your reason for skipping the proof, these five mocktails will not leave you feeling like you’re missing anything at all!

What’s your go-to mocktail?
