Pick-your-own isn’t just for strawberries anymore; there are so many opportunities for premade bouquets and pick-your-own to wander through acres of gorgeous backdrops. You’ll be surprised you didn’t visit sooner.

- Backyard Blooms grows the most gorgeous blooms right in the heart of Trumbull, with bouquets so beautifully whimsical you can see the love for what she does in every bloom.
- Mena’s Garden Flower CSA has weekly bouquets of field-fresh flowers available for pickup in Guilford.
Pick-Your-Own:
You don’t have to ask me twice if I want to cut my own flowers.
- Peterson Flower Farm in South Windsor is a local favorite for seasonal blooms, offering pick-your-own flowers from summer to early fall.
- Blooms of Lost Acres in Granby is a boutique flower farm with a reputation for gorgeous blooms in a peaceful setting.
- The Flower Farm in Prospect specializes in locally grown flowers, offering both pick-your-own opportunities and premade bouquets. It’s a hidden gem!
Seasonal Opportunities:
- Wicked Tulips in Preston is one of Connecticut’s most talked-about seasonal flower spots. They host a pick-your-own tulip experience featuring hundreds of varieties across sprawling fields, available only in April and early May.
- The Farm’s Sunflower Festival in Woodbury is a seasonal sunflower event with over 20 varieties of sunflowers growing over 4 acres. Wander the fields, get amazing Insta-worthy shots, and take home a beautiful bouquet in August and September.
- Honeybee Flower Truck brings fresh, locally sourced blooms to your special moments across Fairfield County. Build your own bouquet or let them create one just for you. Perfect for private events, parties, and more. Spreading sunshine one flower at a time.
